9–10 tbsp jaggery powder or sugar (adjust to taste)

¼ cup water (or as required)

½ tsp black salt or regular salt

1 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)

Prepare Mint Leaves

Remove leaves from stems, rinse well, and drain. Avoid using stems to prevent bitterness.

Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine mint leaves, jaggery or sugar, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, and water.

Blend to a smooth, fine paste.
