  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)

  • 9–10 tbsp jaggery powder or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ cup water (or as required)

  • ½ tsp black salt or regular salt

  • 1 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Prepare Mint Leaves

    • Remove leaves from stems, rinse well, and drain. Avoid using stems to prevent bitterness.

  2. Blend Ingredients

    • In a blender, combine mint leaves, jaggery or sugar, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, and water.

    • Blend to a smooth, fine paste.

  3. Strain the Juice

    • Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth to get a clear juice.

  4. Serve

    • For one glass, mix ¼ part mint juice with ¾ part water. Adjust for taste.

    • Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
