3️⃣ Adding Milk

Strain the tea into cups using a fine strainer.
4️⃣ Serving

๐ Notes & Tips
-
Ginger: Use fresh, tender ginger for the best flavor. If using ginger powder, add only ¼ tsp as it is very potent.
-
Milk alternatives: Almond, cashew, soy, or oat milk work well. Heat plant-based milk separately and add to the tea to avoid curdling or separation.
-
Sweetness: Adjust the sugar to taste, or omit entirely if you prefer a less sweet chai.
